Vaping, or smoking electronic cigarettes, continues to grow in popularity among smokers. Many perceive vaping as being less harmful than traditional tobacco cigarettes. Research has shown that e-cigarettes are actually more damaging.

When it comes to possible damage to teeth and gums, the jury is still out as to whether vaping is less harmful than smoking traditional cigarettes.
